The IKAT group was launched in 2006
After three consecutive LBOs on STACI (Initiative & Finance, Astorg Partners and ICG in 2014), the family holding worth 23,502-million Euros includes three major development centers:
- The Logistics center and Supply Chain Final Finance
- The golf, sports and leisure center
- The LED center
The private capital of IKAT is shared between Jean-Pierre Masse and his two children Pierre and Olivier.
Jean-Pierre Masse still remains President of the Surveillance Council of STACI.
